20g – Warabi Powder
40g – Mochiko rice flour
10g – Sweet dry red beans
Ø for Syrup
100g – Sugar
1 pinch – Salt
125ml – Water
Ø for Matcha paste
1 tsp. – Matcha
1 tbsp. – the above Syrup
Ø for bean paste
2 tbsp. – Dried white bean powder
4 tbsp. – The above Syrup
In advance, set the mold with baking paper.
Combine the Sugar, salt and
water in a small pan, and
mix them well over medium
Add the ① hot syrup into the matcha powder
gradually until you
have the matcha paste
Add the ① hot syrup into the dried white bean powder until you have the bean paste consistency.
Combine the warabi powder and
mochiko rice flour with the ① hot syrup in a bowl, and mix well
with a whisk, and put in microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
Add the matcha paste and bean
paste into the ④, and mix well, and put in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. And again mix well, and put
in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, and mix well.
Transfer ⑤ to the mold and lined with baking
